Welcome to Cypress Chase North Building 1 Condominium Association.

Our community comprises five distinct associations, each operating as a separate corporate entity recognized under the State of Florida Condominium Law. The Property Owners Association serves as the overarching corporation, while there are four individual condominium associations: buildings one, two, three, and four. In total, our property features 560 units, with each of the four buildings containing 140 units. Each association is governed by its own board of directors and bylaws, which delineate its specific mission and objectives. By upholding these governing documents, we ensure that our building maintains exceptional standards and safeguards the interests of all stakeholders.

Our building boasts the lowest monthly maintenance fees among all associations, with no increase in building maintenance fees for the past two consecutive years. Additionally, we have successfully completed the 40-year inspection and provide a community channel, 590.
